"We arrived right on time for our connecting trip from Nanaimo! The drive itself was quick, chill, and comfortable. Alicia was even kind enough to take us all the way to our specific drop-off area. While there were some minor communication hiccups before the trip, it all went perfectly in the end. Highly recommend!"

"Alicia was friendly and on time, but the backseat was way too crowded with a large unrestrained dog sitting or standing in the middle literally wagging its tail on the side of my face. I appreciated getting home quickly but honestly found myself wishing I'd taken the bus."
