"I booked two seats and was warned that the second one was not a “proper seat” because it had no seat belt. I agreed because no one else was offering a ride at that time. However, when we were picked up, I discovered there wasn’t even a seat — there was a bed. I spent the entire trip from Vancouver to Whistler sitting cross-legged on the wooden bed frame, with no seat belt whatsoever. I was still charged the full price for this “seat.” This is not just uncomfortable — it is unsafe and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable."
