"Smooth ride."

"Communication with Prakrit was good. He was courteous even to wait for a few extra minutes as the weather was bad that particular night. However upon reaching the venue, I realized that Prakrit had seemingly overbooked, and 3 people had to squeeze in the back row of a tiny Hyundai sedan, making it a very uncomfortable trip. In a province like Alberta, such services need to be provided with max safety due to inclement weather conditions - however Prakrit did not seem to be prepared for this making the trip pretty risque. I'm hoping Prakrit can take care of these in the future, but apart from these , good conversationalist."
