"The least you could do is be transparent about the exact number of passengers you plan to take for the trip. You cannot advertise 5 available seats on the app and then end up squeezing 6 people into the vehicle.
If we are paying a higher fare, it is because we expect a comfortable ride. Instead, we spent the entire journey cramped and barely able to move. This is neither fair nor professional, and it should have been clearly communicated in advance."
