"Delayed arrival by more than an hour. No accountability. He takes up small tasks from other people apart from passengers, to pick up and deliver luggage on the way, which delays the entire trip at the cost of passengers time. When you talk to him about it, he blames it on traffic, and tells you that you cannot expect to be punctual on ride shares. My experience with other drivers has been much better and professional. My husband had the same experience on a different trip with him. I would not travel with driver again if I have an option in future."
