Lavi
"This person has no AC in the car. It was terrible experience on highway all the windows were open and so much of disturbance . I am having severe headache because of this horrible ride.
He came with 2 of his friends and on the ride it didn’t she any other passengers.
Very bad experience overall.
Driver's response:
Hi Lavi, I’d like to clarify a few points regarding our trip. First, you arrived 20 minutes late to the pickup point. Second, my vehicle details—a 2007 Toyota Yaris—are clearly listed on my profile, and the windows were slightly open for airflow due to the summer heat. Third, the other person in the vehicle was a fellow paying Poparide passenger who booked through the app, not a personal friend. Lastly, despite the delay and trash left behind in my car, I went out of my way to drop you off directly at a downtown metro station free of charge. I always aim to provide a safe and helpful experience, but fairness goes both ways."
