"The driver was punctual and got us to our destination safely. However, I was disappointed because the app showed three passengers, so I assumed the middle seat wouldn’t be used. Instead, the front passenger seat was occupied by someone traveling with the driver, so the three booked passengers had to sit across the entire back seat. The middle seat was extremely uncomfortable for a trip of over four hours, and if I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have booked this ride. There was very little room to move or stretch, and it made the trip feel much longer than it was. There was also music playing throughout the journey and strong food smells inside the car, which made the trip even less comfortable. For trips this long, I really don’t think the middle seat should be used."
