"Jeff was 20mins late. when I asked about our ETA to draw his attention to the fact that we were late and I might miss my next ride in Toronto he instantly went into defensive mode and asked what time was he supposed to pick us up instead of apologizing for being late. When I booked him, pick up was 6:30 am so I mentioned it and he said that’s not true and asked me to show him the time on the App. He quickly opened his App to show me a different time and I realized he changed the pickup time on the App that morning. What he forgot was that after i booked him, I got a message in our chat stating the pickup time and date and that message was still there. I also asked some and the person confirmed with a similar message -same time. Instead of he apologizing, he made me look like something was wrong with my brain and I didn’t know the pickup time."
