"Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. We were three passengers — my parents and me — and the driver made all three of us sit together in the very back row of the van, even though it was clearly not comfortable for three adults.
The middle seat in the back row was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and unfortunately my mother had to sit there for the entire ride. There was barely enough space for three adults to sit comfortably.
In my opinion, that back row should only be used for two adult passengers, not three. If you are accepting three passengers, they should be provided with reasonable and comfortable seating. I was very unhappy with this ride and would not recommend it."
