"The driver initially sent a message saying food was allowed, but close to the departure day, he sent another message completely changing the rules: no food, no drinks, and no phone calls inside the car. During the 6-hour trip, we were only permitted a single 20-minute break, which the driver strictly timed. I needed to use the washroom later in the trip, but the driver explicitly stated that absolutely no other breaks were allowed. Overall, he was incredibly rigid and strict, completely failing to create a comfortable atmosphere for his passengers. If these harsh rules had been clearly posted in the original trip information, I never would have booked this ride.

These guidelines are in place because I've previously experienced spills and litter in my vehicle, and my goal is to provide a clean and comfortable ride for everyone. My intention has always been to apply the same expectations consistently while keeping the trip on schedule.""
