During the 6-hour trip, we were only permitted a single 20-minute break, which the driver strictly timed. I needed to use the washroom later in the trip, but the driver explicitly stated that absolutely no other breaks were allowed. Overall, he was incredibly rigid and strict, completely failing to create a comfortable atmosphere for his passengers. If these harsh rules had been clearly posted in the original trip information, I never would have booked this ride. Response from the driver: "The trip guidelines, including my food and drink policy and the planned rest stop, were shared with passengers before the trip to help them plan in advance. These guidelines are in place because I've previously experienced spills and litter in my vehicle, and my goal is to provide a clean and comfortable ride for everyone. My intention has always been to apply the same expectations consistently while keeping the trip on schedule.""

"Clean car and smooth, on time ride. You are sure to get to your destination safely and timely, in a comfortable car. I just didn’t appreciate how strict he was. He stopped at a convenience store and a couple of us went in to get coffee and snacks, only for him to tell us food and drinks were not allowed stating that he mentioned that in the chat (went back to read the long message and he truly did). He insisted we couldn’t go in with anything and we had to throw them out. I hadn’t eaten all morning that day, so that was hurtful and wasteful. My money gone as well. I’m not sure why he needed to be that strict on eating or drinking in his car- We are not kids. To think he actually mentioned he was going to clean the car when we eventually were given a 25 min break- a break where the place was super busy and we only got whatever we ordered after 10-15 mins giving very little time to actually comfortably eat. Had to rush my food and throw the rest away. Idk man.
