"Very late the ride was scheduled for 8 AM but the driver arrived around 12 PM. Communication was not clear. I asked him to confirm the pickup location and timing before accepting, but he accepted without confirming. He also drove very fast and was continuously on the phone, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, a very disappointing experience."
