"The driver was good overall. Although he arrived close to the scheduled time and we left the pickup point about five minutes late, he still handled the ride well. He explained every stop clearly to the passengers, which I appreciated.
The only issue I noticed is that he sometimes stops very suddenly, which can make passengers lose balance if they’re not wearing a seatbelt. Aside from that, the ride was smooth and he did a good job.
