"The ride was NOT as expected. There were more passengers than expected based on the booking. It was very uncomfortable - 3 passengers in the back and middle rows. Dmytro was not the one driving- his friend/relative did 95% of the driving. Rather than pumping gas at our first gas station stop for restroom break, they took a detour 15 min later to get cheaper gas somewhere south of the 401. There was no communication about the detour which added an additional 45-60min to the overall trip. There was also another gas station stop to fill air into the tires which should have been taken care of before the trip. I was disappointed with my first rideshare to say the least."
