"Overall, this wasn't my best experience with Poparide, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future rides: Unfortunately, the ride was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a previous drop-off and traffic in Montreal. While I understand that delays can happen, I would have appreciated proactive communication before the scheduled 5:00 p.m. pickup with an updated ETA. Instead, I had to follow up multiple times to find out what was happening. I was also surprised that both another passenger and I had to keep our bags in the front of the vehicle because the third passenger had several large suitcases. This made for an uncomfortable ride, as all three passengers including the drivers friend in the front passenger seat were squeezed in with bags at our feet, and the luggage was stacked so high that it blocked the driver's rear-view mirror. The ride posting stated medium-sized luggage only so I’m not sure what happened there. About halfway through the trip, the driver's friend started playing music out loud. It would have been courteous to check with the other passengers before playing music and to make sure the volume was comfortable for everyone as I found it quite loud. I felt Mohamed could have been more considerate of both my time and the comfort of the passengers. He did send an apology for the delay after we arrived in Ottawa, which I appreciated, but I would have preferred more proactive communication throughout the experience."

Communication was excellent, and the driver made the trip enjoyable with a positive and relaxed attitude. Highly reliable and trustworthy.
