"The driver was very discriminative he was very nice with the other girl whereas so unfriendly with me. Initially he asked me to start the journey one hour before the departure time. I said ok I requested to pick me up from 3 minutes from the pick up location but he refused but he picked up the other customer from 6 minutes away from the pick up locations. Then the car had no AC but he charged more price then a SUV I was suffering due to dust allergies. Because it wasn’t mentioned that the car doesn’t have AC. Then he told if he reach Kelowna at 2 he can’t drop me at orchard park where he said he would drop me off. Because he has a shift at 2 which is a very unprofessional behaviour. But he told the other girl her location is close to his location he will drop her at home. So then I requested to drop me at a gas station at highway. So I had to pay for a Uber as well. And his driving skill is not so remarkable very harsh driving. And music was so loud it gave me a bad headache. I was not in a mood to argue because he was very inconsiderate to me."

"Robin was late for pick up by 15 minutes would not drop us off at our request to drop off location and my girlfriend’s father had to come pick us up in Rutland 30 minutes from Kelowna where it said we were going to the map said the drop off location was in downtown Kelowna and the ride description was very confusing as it said pick up location was in Rutland and drop off location was in anywhere downtown Kamloops and he picked us up from Kamloops and dropped us off in Rutland and the map said we were going to Kelowna"
