"I was out of options and decided to use poparide for the first time ever. Booked the ride for my mom. I sent John a message just advising of what was needed. At first, he was unable to accept the trip because of all the luggage my mom had. After a quick conversation he told me he’d try his best to help her out. Not only did he help her out, he was on time and they got to Lloyd faster than I expected. My mom said he was polite and even refused a tip. He said that the payment he got was already enough.
