"The first ride was excellent. He picked up my wife and child from our address in Moncton at 6:00 AM, arrived exactly on time, and drove them safely to Halifax. He was polite, respectful, and a great driver. Unfortunately, the experience was very different the next day. I booked another ride with him from Moncton to Halifax, but he cancelled the reservation right before the trip due to an emergency. I understand that emergencies can happen, but the last-minute cancellation left me without a way to get to Halifax the next morning, and I had to urgently find another solution. The first ride was great, but the second cancellation caused a serious inconvenience. I’ll leave it up to others to decide how they feel about that."
