"Driver was late by around 30 mins. Made multiple unnecessary stops, Extremely loud music. He then stopped at a place for us to grab some food where the only restaurant was closed. He said he'd stop somewhere else later but didn't. All these were bad experiences but still okay. The biggest complaint is that his profile says drop in Montreal is flexible within city limits. When Infact the only options were either saint Michel or point Claire which is crazy because he literally drove through the city and needed to take one exit and a detour for 5 minutes. Now we're forced to take a cab ride back on the same route we came from. I've been doing regular trips on poparide for over a year and a half but never have had such a bad experience"
