"Changed agreed pick-up point <2hrs before pick-up which made it a rush for me to get to the location notwithstanding not answering a calls to explain the bus I had to catch may be a couple of minutes late (it wasn’t in the end). At destination later than scheduled, poor air con, one heavy breaking incident & little comms during journey, the female front passenger tried to communicate so I’d like to thank her. Sorry Zheng but I was very disappointed & this is my honest opinion."
