"The ride from Edmonton to Calgary was quite peaceful & with good conversations. Elvis was quite friendly and cordial! He was considerate to stop for a quick restroom break as well. The communication was easy and a breeze. Start time & location was perfect. Only one small issue was the miscommunication of 2 extra passenger/trips taken leading to a slip in the ETA at Calgary, because of 2 stops made in between. If this may have been indicated in the ETA while booking, I could have planned the trip better."
