"Great and easy ride"

"What a horrible/terrifying experience I've ever had on Poparide! Without any prior notice, He got late about 10 minutes than the promised time and never apologised nor explained to passengers for being late. There was already another passenger who was occupying the back side seat, who was not shown nor booked on Poparide. So by the time I rode, there were only two seats left for me and the other passenger; either on the side or in the middle seat(usually for the arm resters or beverages). And both of us wanted to take the side seat only left, yet he took sides for the other passenger and threatened me to take the leftover seat adding "I will refund you if you don't want to take this seat. You can grab a cab to Banff now." It was almost 9 p.m. It didn't also end nicely as expected. Entering the beginning of downtown Banff, he stopped the car at a hotel and stayed there another 10 more minutes, again without asking for agreement nor giving explanation of any kind. He left the car and headed for his personal affairs. After he came back, he didn't apologise for what just happened, as well."
