"We traveled without comfort, and he didnt tell me there was no space for my luggage before I book or even ask me if I have a luggage. That’s why I had to carry my luggage on my lap from red deer to Cross Iron Mills. It was really cramped in the car since there were three of us in the back, and couldn’t sit comfortably."

"He was over half an hour late and didn’t even bother apologizing and wasn’t communicating. I kept calling him to know his eta and it kept changing. He arrived and didn’t apologize. Secondly the carpool was cramped up. The ride showed three people but we were five on that ride and he didn’t give an explanation or apologize until he dropped off his friend who wasn’t supposed to be part of the ride but was on the ride. His trunk was filled up and didn’t have space to keep all the luggage so we were five of us on the ride and some had their luggage on hand. He also kept taking calls while driving and through all of this, we never got an apology. It was a bad experience. I won’t recommend"
