"I understand that everyone wants to maximize profits, but I ended up in the middle seat of the third row for a seven-hour trip. I think everyone would have been more comfortable if the driver had limited the number of passengers to five. It was very cramped compared to the seats further forward; alternatively, the back row should cost less."
