"1. Gazmir arrived earlier than the scheduled pickup time without any prior warning, which created a stressful situation for me trying to get to the pickup point in an unfamiliar area. 2. He did try to help over the phone, but he became noticeably frustrated when I was lost. When I explained I wasn’t familiar with the area and asked for a bit more patience, I didn’t feel very supported. 3. The ride itself felt quite cramped, as the car was full and I was seated between two passengers in the back. 4. On the positive side, the driving itself felt safe and otherwise the trip was fine. I appreciated that I was able to book within a few hours of pickup time."
