"Very disappointing experience — 1 star Unfortunately, my experience on this trip from Sudbury to Toronto was very uncomfortable and disappointing. The trip was advertised for three passengers, and although three of us were the booked passengers, the driver's wife also travelled in the vehicle, leaving all three passengers seated in the back. The seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable for the entire journey. During the trip, the driver and his wife were having loud conversations with each other, which made the journey even more unpleasant. I also found the driver's communication and manner of speaking to be quite rough and uncomfortable. Overall, I did not have a comfortable or pleasant experience. I would not recommend this ride based on my experience."
