"Was 17 minutes late, then took a 15 minute break upon arrival. Was supposed to depart at 4, departed at 4:32. 6 mins past departure time I had texted him, no answer. After 15 minutes of not being at the agreed pickup spot, I tried calling, no answer. Jeff communicated well when he was leaving his original location in the GTA, but also made it confusing as well, and after departing from the GTA, gave no updates, and answered no texts and calls."
