"He is the best!"

"This is the worst driving experience I’ve ever had. Driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. The ride was for 1:30pm, I and my mom arrived way early like 30mins or so because this was our 2nd ride of the day. We ordered food in the restaurant nearby and made sure to eat before he arrives. Driver arrives at about 1:20pm, which is 10mins before the set departure and he kept calling me rushing us to leave. We threw our food away and took our drinks along but he said we can’t take drinks in the car and it is stated on his policy. We threw the drinks away with no complaints. Upon entering the back sit, he says he has to pickup another person to join us at the back, which is new to me because I have never experienced this before. Spending over $150 to be tight up in a minivan? Mind you on the app it showed only 4 people booked for this ride. This is obviously an uncomfortable situation for me and I tell him that this has never happened before, I’ve never experienced 3 people at the back, this man starts being on the defensive side, talking about I should’ve read the policy, he mentioned it and that every driver does that, I asked to see where it’s written and he showed me so i said fine but I’m still uncomfortable, because I specifically told this man I needed the back sit to be with my mom before this day. The people in the middle are just 2, I asked why not them, he says “you know what, I’m already uncomfortable step out of my car”. He goes to the back and removes our bags and insists if I don’t get down he won’t leave. Big LOL. I told him to go ahead and cancel the trip so I get my refund then, he refuses and asks me to cancel, knowing fully well I’ll be charged and not refunded the balance in days, he created a scene even his other passengers had to step down, asking me to go down and get the ride on the next street that leaves at 3pm. After wasting my time and money, I should go through all that stress? Why? You go ahead and book a new one for me so I can leave your car. I even tried to speak to him calmly, explaining we were from a long trip and I just picked up my mom, he said he doesn’t care about either of us and I should come out his car. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and narcissistic driver with anger issues. He didn’t speak to anyone else this way, he’s racist and disrespectful and I’ll never book a ride with him. This man made about 6 stops on the way picking and dropping people, arriving at Kingston he says we’ve 25 mins break but still called me about 4 mins earlier to remind me he was leaving, he’s claiming to be punctual but wasted everybody’s time with his long stops. Would definitely never recommend."
