"Charlie was such a good driver and definitely delivered when it came to customer service. He is very friendly and kept asking to make sure everyone was ok with the temperature in the car, even making small talk with everyone from time to time. Great way to engage his customers and make sure they all felt as comfortable as can be. Charlie was also very punctual which was so nice because that meant we were able to leave almost immediately after loading everyone’s bags. All in all a great trip and couldn’t have had a better experience. 5/5⭐️"
