"The drive was very comfortable and the trip overall was good. The only area for improvement is communication regarding the route: we took an unannounced detour to Renfrew to drop off other passengers, extending the trip from 4 to almost 6 hours and causing me to arrive late for some plans. I would appreciate it if this type of stop or detour was communicated ahead of time to make proper arrangements."
