"I had booked a ride with JP for Ottawa to Toronto where the pickup time was given as 6am
It was rainy and cold in morning so I decided to take an Uber to reach the pickup destination instead of walking
My Uber reached the Pickup location at like 6:06am and JP had left by then
I understand this is my mistake and I should have reached the Pickup location before time however at the same time Poparide guidelines recommend giving passengers a 10 minute grace window before deciding to leave
I am new to this country and a student and ended up stranded in rain outside and LCBO at 6am and did not like that experience
I do not blame JP for this as I can understand that he has to reach on time and it is his responsibility to ensure other passengers do not get late as well
He does have really good reviews and I trust that he is just with his passengers"
