"I would not recommend this rider. What should have been a straightforward trip turned into an almost 4-hour journey because the driver kept making multiple pickups and drop off along the way. We left at 12:00 PM from Toronto and didn’t reach Kitchener until around 4:00 PM.
The number of stops and detours made the trip unnecessarily long and frustrating. This information should have been communicated in advance so passengers could decide if they were okay with such a delayed route. It said pickup and drop from toronto to Kitchener but was halted at multiple cities and stops midway. If you have any appointments or need to arrive on time, I would avoid booking with the rider"
