She also repeatedly mentioned calling 911 if her request was not met, despite my explaining that I follow Poparide’s policies and that all passengers had confirmed bookings. I remained polite and professional throughout our conversation and encouraged her to contact Poparide Support if she had concerns. I would recommend that future drivers clearly communicate seating expectations in advance if accepting a booking from this passenger."
