"3 passengers on back seats! Ride not advertised as what I booked for. On my end, it only showed another passenger and the driver. Kept making changes in time too, so instead of 4:30pm picked up, it was 5pm and to my horror I had to sit in the middle back seat totally crammed in the car without enough space. Shameful. What's worse is when I brought it up, he refused to drive me to the drop off location I needed in Toronto, saying that since I intended to do a chargeback via Poparide he could not drive me. Bottom line is that Poparide should NOT let drivers get away with this and I fully intend on filling a dispute with my credit card company if Poparide doesn't refund me for the nightmare this trip was and incurring me additional costs for transportation given the wrong drop off location."
