"1. Timeliness: came 10 minutes late (which is not that bad), but then went into burger king to get a sandwich. Then accepted two more people into the ride despite us being 20 minutes late. These people ended up canceling after 10 more minutes. Tried to pick up another person in Ottawa. Person canceled. 2. Communication: listing was the wrong car. He was also wearing a gaming noise-cancelling headset while driving (which is illegal and dangerous). He was participating in an online religious debate livestream while driving. He was very loud when talking to the people on the live stream, woke me up several times. He was also frequently looking at his phone while driving, and swerving in other lanes while doing so. Almost crashed into a car because he didn’t check his angles and didn’t hear the honk because of the headphones. Safety: avoid this driver at all cost. Beats me how this man has a driver’s licence."
