"Disappointing experience due to lack of communication. Aquib was not the one driving, even if he posted the trip which is kind of unacceptable and we were not informed beforehand that the other passengers would be driving or that the car would have five people including us. We were also not told that they were travelling a much longer route from Ontario through Saskatchewan, which significantly affected the ETA by 2 hours. The ride was scheduled for a 6 PM pickup with a 10 PM arrival, but we were already around two hours behind schedule and were still asked to stop at a gas station for a smoke break, putting our travel times at further risk. We were also told to “stay low and quiet” while loud music was being played. I understand that delays can happen, but these are things that should have been communicated before the trip. We booked based on the information provided and should not have to bear the consequences of circumstances we were never informed about. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I would not book this ride again."
