"The driver was friendly and polite throughout the trip. However, the ride started about 1.5 hours later than scheduled because he made personal stops before departing. During the drive, I also noticed frequent steering corrections, even on straight sections of road with light traffic, which made me feel less comfortable than I would have liked. Overall, a pleasant person, but the punctuality and driving style could be improved."
