"He showed up almost half an hour late and there was an extra passenger I wasn’t expecting. We got off the highway several times during what should’ve been a two hour drive, including to drop one of the passengers off at their accommodations - something I believe is prohibited on this app and was not part of the route displayed on the app. This all added one hour to our estimated arrival time - on a two hour drive. He also sped, went on his phone, and switched lanes a lot which made me feel unsafe at times. Friendly guy but I wouldn’t ride again."
