"Leonel was very friendly and arrived on time. There was one passenger who was not there and appeared to have cancelled so we left. Once on the ride the missing passenger contacted us and we returned to wait for them. That return and extra wait caused the other 5 of us to be late to our destinations. This was my first ride share experience and I would expect that someone who is 25mins late would lose their spot and prepaid fare versus making everyone else late."
