"The driver ultimately provided a safe and efficient ride, and we made it to Montreal by 1:00 p.m., which we really appreciated. However, the pickup experience was stressful. The driver arrived about 25 minutes late and was not answering phone calls, which caused a lot of anxiety since we had a time-sensitive commitment in Montreal. A quick update or proactive communication about the delay would have made a big difference and helped ease our concerns. Once the driver arrived, though, the trip was smooth, safe, and he made every effort to get us to Montreal on time."
