"Dilani was courteous and skilled in driving. She was considerate and willing to change a drop‑off point due to the rain, which is appreciated. However, clearer and more emphasized communication about route sequence and timing would prevent misunderstandings and improve the overall passenger experience. When agreeing to a drop‑off point (Fairview Mall), she did not clearly communicate that this drop‑off would occur after both official stops. This sequence was not obvious to the passenger. She said during a call to me on the highway, she mentioned the mall drop‑off after the other stops but did not emphasize the timing or sequence -- highway noise made me missed this casual mention. This led to a delay and inconvenience for both the passenger and the person picking him up. Given arrival time is an important aspect of carpool service, I wish she clearly states the sequence of stops when agreeing to any additional drop‑off in future."
