When agreeing to a drop‑off point (Fairview Mall), she did not clearly communicate that this drop‑off would occur after both official stops. This sequence was not obvious to the passenger. She said during a call to me on the highway, she mentioned the mall drop‑off after the other stops but did not emphasize the timing or sequence -- highway noise made me missed this casual mention. This led to a delay and inconvenience for both the passenger and the person picking him up. Given arrival time is an important aspect of carpool service, I wish she clearly states the sequence of stops when agreeing to any additional drop‑off in future."
