"This was by far the worst rideshare experience I have ever had. We were scheduled to leave at 3:30 PM but didn't depart Ottawa until 5:00 PM because the driver spent time picking up his younger brother and stopping at his mother's house for a spare tire. As a result, I missed important professional appointments in Toronto. The trip itself was extremely uncomfortable: despite the listing allowing one medium suitcase per passenger, the trunk was full because the driver reserved it for his tire, forcing our luggage into the back seat. My friend even had to keep her suitcase at her feet for the entire journey. At one point, the driver asked her to get out of the car with all her luggage so his brother could take her seat, which was completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, the entire 4–5 hour drive was filled with loud religious podcasts and continuous personal phone calls, with no consideration for the comfort or preferences of the passengers. Overall, this service was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend booking with this driver."
