"First of all, he said he advertised that he’d be at the pickup location at 5:30. I confirmed that it was 5:30 via text, but he said he would be there at 5:45. However, he actually got to the pickup location after 6pm. Next, Then he said I was making noise, I went and read his advertisement and truly, he wrote “no noise” so I kept quiet afterwards. On his advertisement, he wrote that he would stop at Bayshore and downtown but he passed Bayshore entirely and when I confronted him about it, he started going back and forth with me. He lied that I was the one who told him via text that “I wanted to be dropped off downtown”, so I asked another passenger to read the messages between him and I to point out where I said that. She said she didnt see where I said that. After I communicated that to him, he then changed his tune and said I am meant to tell him. if I want to be dropped off at Bayshore. But my argument was that if you have advertised that you would stop at Bayshore and downtown , why would you not tell the passengers that you plan to only go downtown or ask if anyone would like to get off at Bayshore before only driving downtown. He was not remorseful and insisted that he was right and the way he was talking to me, I got scared for my life!!"
