"Overall It was a comfortable ride, his tesla car is really nice BUT:
- Ride was scheduled and confirmed for 4am at chosen location.
- I arrived 3:50am and tried to reach out, called at least 7times, messaged him through app and phone number provided.
- He did not answer, did not communicate, did not pick up the phone. Had to be the one to keep calling to get info.
- When he finally did answer 18 min later, he told me it was 4am starting from another location which was never mentionned.
- I had to stand in the cold until he arrived at 4:50min, then had to wait another 10 to 15min for another passenger. except this, it was a safe ride."
