"Amazing driver"

"I will start by saying I should have read prior reviews which I didn’t. His ad stated that 2 people were going to be in the back. 20 minutes before picking me up, he called me to inform me that unfortunately there would be 3 people and he tried to cancel for me to get a refund but couldn’t, so he asked if I still wanted to go through with the ride. Well of course I did, it’s 11 pm and i had plans to go back to my city so that was annoying. I ended up sitting in the middle seat between two people which was very uncomfortable. Upon reading other reviews, it seems this isn’t the first time this has happened, so I’m unsure if he does this purposefully to overbook and recieve more money and bank on someone booking with another driver without a refund depending on their urgency I don’t know. Secondly he was tardy; although he did tell me he would be, but it’s still annoying considering I showed up in a timely manner and was expecting to get home on time. Thirdly and lastly, his driving was a bit erratic, maybe he was tired and it was very late, but there were some moments where he swerved a bit. I won’t be booking with him again."
