"On the posting it said max 2 people per row but when I arrived there were 3 people in the backseat and it was very squished. The car is too small to comfortably fit 3 in the back. Also he was scrolling twitter and texting while driving. Other than that everything was good."

"Trip was supposed to start at 6am didn't leave until 6:20. Trip was far too delayed, made an additional stop for a rider to use the bathroom after being delayed in Ottawa for 20 mins didn't get to Montreal until after 9am- 3 hrs total. I do this commute every other week and this has to be the latest time we arrive at the destination"
