My only issue is with the app itself. As a passenger, I wasn't told that the driver would be picking up another passenger at the airport, and the app gave little detail about the route or stops. I would have liked to know in advance where the stops were and roughly how much time they would add, so I could plan around them.
I'd suggest that drivers add a note in the trip description to let passengers know about any planned stops ahead of time."
