"Very disappointing experience. The driver accepted the ride despite my message asking him not to if the pickup location was inconvenient, then responded very late and barely communicated. There were also three passengers in a car that was clearly uncomfortable for that number of people, and I was squeezed in for a long part of the trip. Overall, it felt like passenger comfort and communication were not a priority. I would not recommend this driver."
