"The driver’s customer service was very poor. He was texting and making phone calls while driving on the highway, which was extremely concerning. I cautioned him about the safety risk, but instead of acknowledging my concern, he became rude and hostile toward me for the rest of the journey. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I nearly had to call 911. The driving itself was smooth, but the unsafe phone use and disrespectful treatment were unacceptable."
