"Smooth safe ride"

"Overall, it was a great ride. Communication was excellent from the start, with clear instructions about the pickup location, and we made it to our destination on time even though we left a bit later than scheduled while he was coordinating with another passenger. The drive itself was efficient and smooth.
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the pickup felt a bit rushed. One passenger seemed to have trouble finding the meeting point, and while the instructions had been sent clearly in advance, I felt a little more patience or effort to help her locate the car would have been appreciated before leaving. Aside from that, everything else went very well, and I would still recommend riding with him."
